While viewing the movie psycho (1960) on a recently purchased HD tv, I noticed something that I'm sure Alfred meant to be seen. I'm talking about the end of the shower scene while she is sprawled on the floor. The camera has a closeup of her eye then it begins to rotate and pan out. I zoomed in and slowed it down. That's when I saw it.When I realized what it was, it chilled my spine. The last thing she saw was Norman statnding in the doorway still holding the knife and having an argument with Mother. The lamp on the nightstand and the newspaper next to it are visible. Alfred can rest in peace now. Check it out for yourselves. The LetterBox version and an HD set will get you there.
