I am trying to find the name of a movie from at least 35-40 years ago in which the main male character's name was Morgan. That is all I can remember about it other than that Morgan was an unusual character and it was a cool movie. It's a shot in the dark, but does anyone have any info about this movie? Thanks.

There was a comedy on recently, I think last week, that had English subtitles. I think it was French and it had many cool visual jokes. It was about a man in a raincoat and umbrella who went around town, including to see his sister, who was married to a rich man and had a modern house. It was on late at night. I cannot find it in the schedule. Anyone know the name of the movie or any other info about it? Thanks.
