I think now I remember The Tiffany when you said Sunset Strip. There was a Theater further east called The Oriental. As I recall The Vagabond was something else. They would have a double bill Thin Man. I think of the Bing Tuesday's matinees as The Vagabond's successor. http://i.ebayimg.com/14/!B(fenn!BGk~$(KGrHgoOKiQEjlLmEZt(BKcg9)ZfIg_12.JPG

I can't place the _Tiffany_. What street? Only go to Bing for Tuesday matinees. Next film Lust for Life

> {quote:title=ddalehall wrote:}{quote} > I enjoyed *A Matter of Life and Death*. certainly not among their very best but beautiful and moving with a, I agree, very touching performance by Ms. Jones (one of my favorites). I finally got around to seeing *A Matter of Life and Death* recently and, wow, what a great movie. speaking of Red Shoes, I am delighted that the Belcourt in Nashville is going to be screening it January 8-12. . . . I must say that *Colonel Blimp* was never my cup of tea trying to watch it at home. Until I saw it at a screening. The same can be said for *A Matter of Life and Death* -
