Despite what you think, I have nothing against the film I have never seen it and I don?t plan too. I don?t think it belongs on TCM no matter what time it is on. -

Can someone explain why the 1978 movie called Word Is Out is on TCM? It?s about six gay men and gay women discussing their lives out of the closet. It?s scheduled for 6/24 at 4 am and it?s sandwiched between the 1930 movie The Bat whispers and 1934s The Barrett?s of Wimpole Street. This makes no sense, I have nothing against this movie but it seems strange the way it is scheduled and why is it on TCM? It would play better on IFC.
