GAD! What movie expressions do you use in real life?
Katsummers replied to filmlover's topic in General Discussions
This has been a running joke between my husband and myself for years: There is a Three Stooges Short in which one of the stooges is walking out the door with a fishing pole. Another Stooge asks, *"Got Worms?"* and the reply is, *"Yes, but I'm going anyway."* *"Yes, but I'm going anyway"* has become a favorite exit line in our home for years. -

Why are we watching Clint Eastwood all day on Memorial Day??
Katsummers replied to PaulaJo's topic in General Discussions
Yes, in the case of *Easy Rider* I'd have to say, "yes"....not that a whole decade could pass without ANY good films. I did enjoy *Mary Queen of Scots* (with Vanessa Redgrave and Glenda Jackson) and *Play It Again Sam* and, of course, there was *Star Wars*, but as decades go, the 1970s were pretty bleak. I was born in that late 50s and was a teenage or a twenty something year old (saw a lot of films) and I did see most of those listed below. Sorry. To each his own. -

I'm sorry Miss Wonderly, I'm incline to agree with *FredCDodd*, with the exception of maybe three or four movies in your group....I think I would prefer to be waterboarded than to have to watch these again. -

I absolutely adore ALL Disney films! They were wonderful to watch (when I was growing up) and are still wonderful today. There is nothing dreadful about any of them.
