My Top Billy Wilder Films are: The Apartment Sunset Blvd Some Like it Hot Double Indemnity Witness for the Prosecution Very close runners up are: Ace in the Hole, Stalag 17, and the Lost Weekend. I also really enjoyed Ninotchka and Midnight which as previously discussed Wilder wrote but didn't direct.

My Top Five Alfred Hitchcock films are: Rear Window Vertigo Shadow of a Doubt Psycho North by Northwest Then Strangers on a Train and Notorious are tied for sixth with Rebecca, 39 Steps, The Birds, and Foriegn Correspondent after that.
