Warner Bros?

Stella I usually DO watch movies in their entirety. Sorry I didn't. Gramps was probly more cantankerous in the first half too, as I didn't see him all that bad. Good choice!

MGM? (Where is everybody?)
-
Paramount?
-
Uhmmm...RKO?
-
I saw the last half just a few weeks ago. Missed the part about the apple tree!

I'm thinking Bing & Bob. The Road to Bali?
-
A Christmas Carol?
-
Back to the Future?
-
"Streetcar Named Desire"?

I, three, am in agreement. My personal parameter is 30-45 minutes. If I'm clue-giver, I feel guilty about people constantly refreshing (like Stella says) if I don't announce that.

Will The Godfather ever be shown on TCM?

Ditto here. Thanks, Antar. I thought I was the only person on the globe not to have seen it. I really should. -
Oh you're right "Suddenly" fits like a glove - it's just that so many clues in to the game and I'm still thinking of another title. Kind of odd. I agree about a game going on too long. I also prefer it to be guessed by #10 (in my personal opinion). I also like these "after-game synopses" - gives a lot of insight into what the cluegiver was thinking and is not so abrupt to just delve in to a new game. Mongo owes us two turns actually. It would be interesting to tally up all the people who owe us games and deferred their turn at the time. I think path40a also owes one or two.

In fact, I wonder if it was a "production" at all - or just Jack Haley Jr's home movies.
-
Well "Spellbound" also had Hitch's cameo coming off of an elevator. The only hint I couldn't correlate was "beach" - and I think they may have even went by a beach when they were on the lam. I never saw a game go to 8 or 9 clues (length in playing) and still be applicable to TWO films! Great going feaito!

How romantic, lolite! *giggle*

I enjoyed the "That's Entertainment" premiere segment, but it was poorly-produced. You're right about the repetitive music. Also, they should have had the names up on the screen, just as a "who's-who" thing. I kept thinking "Is that Cyd Charisse or Ava Gardner?" or "That can't be June Allyson - she looks younger than she had thirty years prior!" or (my favorite): "What was Lee Grant doing with Gene Kelly!? Did they date for a while?" I would have enjoyed it more had someone been in the room with me to discuss it.

Thanx Stella, but I was gonna say "Spellbound" anyway! *S* Congrats, Mongo!

Oh, (if Mongo's wrong), the correct answer just came to me while I was doing dishes!!

Just for a clue: "I Want to Live"?
-
My "celebrity infatuations" change with the wind, but here lately I've had a crush on Van Heflin. He probly wouldn't have made my Top-50 list six months ago, but - man! I'm starting to see him in a whole new, sexy light! *S*

OK, I'm gonna wait for more people to wake up.

The Boston Strangler?

Is it "This Woman is Dangerous"?
