[Saw a couple of French movies, don't remember their names]

The second one is "Murmur of the Heart", thanks.

 

I looked through that director's list of movies on IMDb.com and found that the first movie is "Black Moon".

[Saw a couple of French movies, don't remember their names]

Two or three years ago I saw a couple of movies on TCM. I think they were both in French and they may have been by the same director. I'll describe each as best as I can remember, things may be mixed up.

 

First movie:

 

In the beginning of the first one, the camera was set low on a road and was focused on a skunk. After a while a car sped by (not sure if it hit the skunk). Then the movie focused on the car, being driven by a woman. The woman eventually stopped and had to run from some people, military possibly, I'm not sure why. She eventually came to a mansion type place and met a man and a woman, the movie made them out to be strange people. I don't remember anything else and I don't remember any speaking in the movie. I probably didn't see the whole movie.

 

Second movie:

 

I didn't see all of this one. This movie seemed to be about a teenage boy and a woman, possibly his mom. It had an outside restaurant scene or two. In one scene the boy has sex with the woman (I don't think there was any nudity, it just showed a before and after). The boy seemed depressed the whole movie, like he was wanting something. The movie may have started out in a classroom setting and may have had subtitles.
