[Halp finding a movie!]

I began watching a movie on TCM (I think it was TCM) a few months ago about a WWII fighter pilot in France who meets a woman and has an affair. He then leaves France, and she later discovers she's pregnant. He meets a woman in New York or somewhere and the French woman gives herself an abortion with a coat hanger.

 

I don't remember much more because I fell asleep without finding out the title or any of the actors. I think it must have been made around the 60s, as it was in color but still pretty old.
