Reicher meets Mark Van Ratten(Vincent Price)an exnazi,now working for the Reds.Ratten sends Reicher to a plastic surgeon who removes the SS tatoo from his arm. Reicher finds that Heindorf is also in the Legion. Whit meets Lili(Martha Toren)a French agent on Rattens trail who she suspects is selling guns to the Anti French rebels.
