I recently watched the 1942 Humphrey Bogart film Across the Pacific.
At the end Robert Osborne said "Did you notice that despite the films title....Across the Pacific... the film never goes anywhere near the Pacific, much less across it?"
Well.....Bogey didn't have to go to the Pacific... the Pacific aparently came to him!
The movie started with a map of Panama showing the Pacific ocean and Panama City on the left, and the Caribbean Sea and the city of Colon on the right; and ended with the same map in the same orientation, but now showing the Caribbean and Colon on the left, and the Pacific and Panama City on the right. The film may not have crossed the Pacific, but the Pacific crossed Panama!!!
