yes, that's what it looked like to me - I wondered if maybe it was done at the same time that some of the "talkies" were being colorized but the public outcry ceased that practice quickly - anyone out there know the history of that?

watched "The Flag" and had never seen a "colorized" silent before and wondered if anyone had any info on how/when that was done?
