No it was not that movie but thanks for the try. The male lead was a very young man, twenties maybe. He was very thin and wore glasses and king of nerdy looking by today's standards.

I saw a movie on TCM a couple years ago and am trying to figure out what the name is. It was 30's or 40's and about a young man who committed a murder and was tormented daily as the inspectors got closer to figuring it out as he gave them misinformation. Thanks

I just watched it online at Amazon and it was like I was 8 years old again. The thing that was really weird was the fight scene between dinosaurs. The used a monitor lizard or Komodo Dragon and an alligator, both with stick on stuff. They really fought each other. No way they could do that now.

I rented Journey To The Center Of The Earth, the 59 version thinking it was a movie I saw when I was a kid. I did see it but I was confusing it with another old movie where they were underground and it seemed similar. There was lots of lava, a native girl, and a lot of diamonds. At the end the hero had to climb on a limb or something while a creature was trying to get him. I remember it seemed kind of corny but it has been years and would like to see it again. Anyone know the name of the movie? Thanks
