I watched this movie a while ago and I can't remember the name of it.

It was about a female judge whose teenage sister falls in love with this older man. The man ends up in court and the judge decides that the only way to cure her sister of her infatuation is to order the man to pretend to date her sister. In the end the jugde and the man end up together. Thats about all I remeber. It's in black and white and i think there's also a uncle or grandfather character who helps in getting the judge and the man together. Also the judge has a boyfriend or fiance who is a DA I think.
