[name of a movie from early Sat Morn Dec 11]

Does anyone know what the name of the movie was that came on after Santa Clause Sat Morning about 245 am CST. There was a kid with a blue beenie cap on that had a golden hand on the top of it. I checked out the tv schedule for the name and it shows a blank spot. Thanking you in advance for any and all help.
