Hello to you friends out there in Classic movie land. I have a proposition. And maybe if we get enough say so on here all in agreement we could bring something to actuality!!

I am one of the millions who loves her "Netflix." I think the idea of having movies at your fingertips and coming in and out of snail mail on a constant basis is brilliant (besides who doesn?t love to know they have snail mail coming, and not just any snail mail-but your movie watch of the night!) It opens up the world of film in a whole new way!! I think everyone pretty much agrees with that!? And I have to give "Netflix," a few gold stars for having a decent classic film selection.

However, wouldn?t it be fantastic if TCM created their own version of "netflix," but far surpassing in cool points, because it's TCM and we all know they know how to do things right! It should have streaming movies online, and the via mail as well-but they would all be strictly classic films!! I don't know about all you beautiful people, but I would gladly pay for that! Just think of all those hard to find films that you can?t get in movie stores any more, aren?t on netflix, and are at astronomical prices to purchase online if you want good quality.

It's just a suggestion, but a pretty darn good one if I do say so myself. So let me hear some chatter out there my fellow film fans!! What are your opinions!? And how can we get this ball rolling in a direction towards the masterminds at TCM

I have to agree that Penny Serenade is one of his that is just absolutely great! There are so many emotional levels to that film, and what dynamic chemistry the two had! But especially in this one. Its one I can watch again and again!
