Hello, I've been trying to identify a certain series of comedy movies, but I've never been able to find it as sadly I don't remember much about it, except that it's about 2 guys (related if I recal correctly), of which one plays the sane "good looking" guy, and the other is the silly guy, when he goes nuts he goes cross eyed and has a screechy voice.
Today I found a small clip of it on youtube and was reminded again of my long search.

Please help me identify the name of this comedy, I used to love this as a kid.
