    Not just women! All the films you mentioned are among my favorites of all time. Great camp classics with the Sirk films leaning toward Grand (soap) Opera. And don't forget *Imitation of Life.* I believe *Susan Slade* is one of John Waters' favorite films also. Oh the babydoll-in-flames sequence! It doesn't get much better.
