A wife discovers that she has a venereal disease, her husband the only source. Then she learns she's pregnent. The plot goes into the routines for such occasions -- notification to all partners, etc.

In a trip to Europe, the parents visit an art museum. At one point, they see an artist in front of an Old Master's painting, making a copy of the one on the wall. On arrival back home, the wife opens a gift, and finds that her husband has purchased the copy that they saw in progress. -
Western. A blacksmith throws a hammer, hitting another man in the shoulder. This cripples a hired killer / fast-draw expert in his shooting arm. The hitman is now doomed. Film? Actors?

On the money, Sixes! I really though I would have to retire this one. Just look at that cast list. The sexy Vamp was the original (French) Femme Nikita, and Don Rickles was the new vampire who blew apart when the blinds went up. Fun show. mr6666's thread.

assuming open thread... Mid '70s comedy-variety series. Guest Star appears as a character much like himself. -- A Black singer/dancer who has become very big in changing times. His road tour comes to his home town to great acclaim. He gets a backstage visit from a local whom he knew while growing up (series star). She is all glowing praise and complements, and then she gets down to business: With good help so hard to find these days, would he consider persuading his mother to come out of retirement and come back to work as her family's maid? Series? Star? Guest?
-
The star has an Oscar, and multiple Emmys. Her resume shows 5 "Soundtrack" credits, all connected with productions that she worked. She was not a touring singer; she did not crank out albums.

The movie was developed from two novels about the same people. -
Taglines include: The movie that goes straight for the jugular. and For generations the Mafia preyed on the innocent. Tonight, someone is preying on them. And, can't locate it at the moment, but somewhere there is a comment about, "She developed a taste for Italian."

1970's TVM, one of the "explore a problem" plots, that is now outdated. It deals with a medical problem that is relatively tame by today's standards. One surprise is a quite lovely theme song, performed by the female lead, who is not generally known as a singer. She is still working, and has a support role in a current series. TVM? Star or stars?
-
Mr. Welles and the man interviewed had support roles in a well-regarded historical drama that garnered a number of awards.

Late 1980s. The stars were a married pair who had solid careers, and who worked together a number of times. Portrait of a marrage, and of family relationships. -
