  1. TCM regularly schedules highly rated films(many stars, general acclaim) for the wee hours of the morning when Time Warner Cable System routinely shuts down their system for maintenance. This of course interrupts/ruins viewing the film and renders recording the movie for later viewing during reasonable hours impossible. At the same time many low quality/low rated films are shown during normal viewing hours(daytime/evenings until midnight). Why not run these low quality films(no/few stars) during the wee hours of the morning time slot. This would be a virtually no cost change that would increase fan satisfaction with TCM. Other fans who share this view should complain to TCM so that action is taken.
  2. TCM Please run this fine, rare film
  3. Is this the new site for requesting movies- If yes I would like to request this one.
  4. When will the old "Suggest a Movie" feature - which many TCM fans/members enjoyed - be restored. We were promised months ago that this feature would be restored. Why does TCM treat its fans/members with such contempt?
  5. Where is the old "Suggest a Movie Site"? We were promised months ago that this feature which so many fans enjoy would be restored. Why does TCM treat its fans/members with such contempt?
  6. Last month TCM said that this feature which many people like would be restored shortly. Where is it? Why on earth was it ever deleted? Does TCM have a corproate death wish? Does anyone know the names of the executives at TCM and Turner Broadcastng responsible for this stupid decision to drop the Request a Movie" function.
  7. I agree, TCM promised to restore this Request a Movie" function a long time ago. Does anyone know the name of the TCM and/or Turner Broadcasting executive we can complain to?
  8. Where is the "Suggest a Movie" site? TCM promised months ago to restore this function.
  9. Where is the old "Suggest a Movie Site" ? TCM said they would restore this months ago
  10. It has now been 4 days since your response. What is the delay in even just finding out the date when the "suggest a movie" feature will be restored? It has now been down for weeks. Fans are entitlled to know why this popular feature was deleted in the first place as well as why it is taking weeks - maybe years - to restore. This is all very strange since the suggest a movie feature on the old site worked well. TCM must consider how this behavior appears to the public. Is anyone at Turner Broadcasting monitoring this disasterous performance?
  11. I have also been complaining about this deletion of the Suggest a Moview" feature. No response from anyone and it has now been weeks since they just dropped it. TCM is clearly treating its fans with contempt. We all should start complaining directly to Turner Broadcasting about this odious treatment of fans.
  12. Does anyone know when the "suggest a movie" feature will be restored? It has been unuseable ever since the recent upgrade on/about 9 March. Does anyone know who at TCM can be reached on this problem? No one there seems to respond to emails or telephone messages. Someone at Turner Broadcasting has to care about viewer relations! This TCM upgrade is a world class disaster. The new web pages are actually harder to use than the earlier ones and certain features apparently have been deleted. It looks like the new web pages/system were designed by people who do not actually use the system.
  13. Apparently this feature was deleted in the new revised TCM web site. Does anyone know if this is just a world class screw up by TCM or if they never intend to restore the "Request a Movie" feature. I also find the new web site harder to use(commonly used links missing). It looks like the new pages were designed by someone who doesn't actually use the web site. Does anyone know the name of the executive at TCM responsible for this mess. Someone at Turner Broadcasting has to be concerned with angering so many fans.
  14. Does anyone know when the "Suggest a Movie " feature will be restored. It has now been down over a week. This new TCM web site seems to be a disaster. It must have been designed by someone who never actually has used the prior TCM web site which worked well. The new one misses some easy links we had before. Does anyone know who to contact about this problem at Turner Broadcasting. Someone has to care about all the angry fans.
