Currently, TCM is running some clips between movies with Alec Baldwin narrating over them. All of the clips they show are from movies I can instantly recognize. Except one. The clip shows what looks like a hobo (correct term for the time) walking the tracks with a little boy beside him looking up at him. I can't place either actor. Can anyone tell me what movie this is? Thanks!
