The movie I am searching for, is the story of an Indian, beggar boy, who becomes a British spy. One of the code phrases is: "Look for a Red Bull on a Green Field". There is also a Red bearded Arab or Indian warrior who constantly helps the boy.

The boy might be played by Dean Stockwell, but I couldn't find anything ,like the movie, in his filmography.
