  1. TCM STAFF Can't view ahead into next months to schedule what to watch, no description of movies, hard to find TCM contact or post a movie to view, New format is unprofessional and a disaster, not worth printing schedule out. Whoever thought of this New Schedule must of went to HARVARD EXCUSE SCHOOL. Doesn't even state when printed if Canadian Schedule or even the MONTH on the top of page. This is a doggies breakfast (if you've ever seen what comes out of the dog can). If you care about your clients than change it back to the OLD SCHEDULE and make customers HAPPY again. I was debating on purchasing the TCM book or movies but now I'm pleased I didn't since I can just imagine what as mess it would be since you made a BIG MESS of the SCHEDULES NOW. I feel the same way as most of your other clients - UPSET at this mess you now presented to us.
  2. TCM Staff, read the internet comments on your change - your'll find that 95% of the people do not like or appreciate you NEW SCHEDULE form. It doesn't even state *CADNADIAN or EASTERN* on the monthly page that can be printed, no description of the move - only movie name and actors names. Hard to find where to suggest a movie never mind on trying to contact TCM. You so called new schedule is not professinal as the OLD SCHEDULE gives very little information and a waste of time trying to view description of each movie. As they state on internet "Why did TCM try to fix something that wasn't broken and easy to use making it LESS than PROFESSIONAL" You wasted so much money in building a new schedule that NO ONE LIKES or APPRECIATES. Take the customers into consideration and change it back to the OLD SCHEDULE that everyone likes and is extremely more valueable and professional than what you have now. This was definantely not a good move. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
