It's "Goodbye, Mr. Chips", but not.

Female university English teacher, I think.

1930s, maybe 40s.

Clearly illustrates the passing of time/eras.

She's awarded at the end surrounded by her old students.

I've seen this film on TCM in the last few months.

Could someone please supply me with the title?
