  1. Absolutley no discourtesy meant. We were actually hoping that it was a trangendered woman, as my friends and I celebrate the diversity in this world, as do the folks at TCM, judging by their excellent programming and lack of fear when it comes to touchy subject matter on film and documentaries. Cheers! ~ cccw
  2. While watching TCM today in the bar where I work - unfortunately with the sound down and subtitles only when available - right after "The Story of G.I. Joe" and before "Battleground", I saw a spot where - what appeared to be - a woman was speaking about her favorite films: Giant; To Kill a Mockingbird; Imitation of Life (1959). By the time we got the sound turned up, she was talking about a touching moment with her mother while watching I.O.L. in a theatre, during the scene where Sara Jane has been passing at school. Does anyone know who this woman is? To be quite frank, my friends and I were sure that it was a female impersonator or trangendered person speaking in this piece. Does anyone out there have a clue who it might've been? Thanks. ~ cccw
