I heard some scuttlebutt about this recently. Can't really say where. Does this make any sense at all? Would Youtube stand a chance as a regular television channel? It's already a place where a girl crying about how much she loves cats can become an overnight celebrity. I don't think it needs to be it's own channel. Speaking of that crazy chick though...
