Both very good points, as usual, Peebs and NoShear. When I was very little, the folks and their friends would take turns hosting bridge parties, and all the kids would be allowed to stay up late in our jammies and watch whatever movie was on. Often, somehow, it was Chitty. I'm not embarrassed to say that, quite frankly, I found it to be terrifying. The Wizard of Oz (1939) didn't scare me as much as Chitty did. So, while we're on the sinister side, let's try this quick on -- who is the one henchman to appear in more that one Bond film? Name that villainous character and the films.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (1968). Once again, Dahl's screenplay deviated considerably from the Fleming novel.
