I didn't see it tonight, but I have seen it within the last year or two. It's a very effective low budget film. The narrator, Clete Roberts, was a war correspondent and pioneering newscaster who also made a separate career out of playing newsmen in movies and on television.

BATTLE CRY is on right now and it appears to be a perfect example of Hollywood keeping fashions current rather than accurate to the time in the movie. The women are all dressed and styled 1950s-ish.
