Herb Brooks. I liked Miracle very much, but now watching it, it is bittersweet. The story is about the team and it's coach, Herb Brooks. In Minnesota, he was legend. But he died way too soon for his time, falling asleep at the wheel of his van and crashing on I-35 outside St Paul. RIP.

h4. Springtime for video Haven't yet seen it myself. There is another aspect to this release date. Don't believe that the studios were being flippant about it's timing at all. This is the season for sleepers. I am guessing Babs is a very safe "ticket sale" bet. She most definitely has an audience who would watch her in anything. It's smart they pulled Rogen into this road picture too. Two demographics are attracted. The whole concept, not just generational, but the "Fish out of water" or even "city mouse/country mouse" perspective is brought in to great effect, I am certain. Your posting here suggests word of mouth. I strongly suggest you augment your posts to more than this topic and add to other threads, or someone may think it is spam. If the movie is in release now, it is for Mother's Day DVD sale potential. That to me suggests perfect timing. We shall see.

I am so sorry to read this. My condolences to the family. I could always count on her to make some amazing, sometimes elusive but always fun tie-in to John, no matter what the subject of the thread. It was so clever, I would wonder if Lori would have a hacker if she didn't ! My favorite is *The Postman Always Rings Twice*, I will check out *The Breaking Point*. I like *Between Two Worlds*.. I had always watched it for Paul Henreid, Lori3 taught me to appreciate Garfield part. Thank you, Lori3, you will be missed.

Okay, Dargo, a guy who is right there on my couch suggesting we watch *The Women* again for the 3rd time in a month would give me pause. While most of us would like to play God, we're lousy at it, so I do grade on a curve. I watch the Super Bowl for the commercials and the great food being passed around. It is truly the second Feast Day of America. I love *North by Northwest*. I don't care if it's been on umpteen times. But I must admit, i would be in the discussion mode about the movie, like a commentary track, and that could be exasperating for someone who hasn't seen it, I think maybe 3 or 4 people. The only part of the big game that's important to me is the last 2 minutes=30 minutes in real time. What's gone on before will be in the highlights.
