I personally did like "Ed Wood" (what a strange character that dude was*lol*). Johnny Depp was great and Martin Landau as Bela Lugosi was a definite plus. I also enjoyed ?Shadow of the Vampire?. It plays as an interesting look at Murnau and the whole silent era, especially of German Expressionism. The casting, in general, is fantastic. Willem Dafoe did an excellent job with his campy, creepy take on Max Shreck. John Malkovich was equally compelling as Murnau. I have yet to see "RKO 281", ?The Cat?s Meow? and ?Gods and Monsters?. I will DEFINITELY be adding them to my Netflix queue!
