Mr. Mankeiwicz is 46 years old, and on days like today he makes it seem as if TCM can't afford to hire a host fashion coordinator. And especially when he is wearing a white shirt and white tie. Nothing he wore today matched up. :)

That's precisely how I felt. The 'Dirty Look Jeans' in it self were obviously out of place but with the jacket and white shirt and a pale tie, the 'over all look' just did Not do anything for him. I mean a 'shirt & tie' with those jeans, are you kidding me?

Why is it that Robert O. 'Always' has it together when it comes to his wardrobe. I have Never seen him in anything that is Not becoming to him. I just seams that for some reason Ben cannot get a 'look' that suits him.

Today had to be the worst ever,... it was as if he got dressed 'Blindfolded' !

Yeah, He sure looked 'Hot 'n Sexy' in that pic.,... B-)

  3. > {quote:title=crazyblonde7 wrote:}{quote}Found it Twinkeee! Yes, handsome! I always felt young Cagney with his beautiful red hair, blue eyes, nice physique and magnetism was very handsome! And what chemistry he had with leading ladies like Ann Sheridan, Madge Evans, Judy Travis, Mayo, Mary Brian and some others! Sexy!

Given how Good Looking he was, I 'm sure he did have good 'chemistry' with his leading ladies!

In fact, I did not know that he was 'That' handsome when he was very young as I had never seen pic's of him before around that age, until I spotted that one today. It really surprised me ! B-)

  4. ...and I bet you still looked 'Hot', even in your safari jacket. ! B-)

From time to time, I have seen a reference on TV about Cronkite going on TV when Kennedy was shot without his suit jacket on. Apparently, this was the first time ever that a newsman went on TV dressed in that manner.

Maybe they are trying to give him a more "Classy" look...to keep up with Robert O's image. :)
