    Have you ever complained to the company about this? That just does Not seem normal ! I get a Lot of snow up here and That has never happened to me. It will go out sometimes during a storm, but Only momentarily, Never hours on end, that would be frustrating.

     

    PS Maybe they placed the Dish in the wrong location ?
