Well, you accused me of adding a "U" to every word, ( you know, that Canadian thing) so I thought I'd fix U

Obviously the first "o' in your moniker was a typo. You have typo's from time to time, I've noticed them, just never pointed them out to you. :|
Oh, and btw, finance 'asked' to have a "U" added to his moniker too !

Now that we have esablished that Hollywood would EVER Make NOW, VOYAGER today then it is also Equally Unimaginable that Hollywood would 'EVER MAKE' a film like "THE GRAPES OF WRATH" today !

> {quote:title=joefilmone wrote:}{quote}The shows are fascinating time capsule- Carson did interview stars from the classic era and they fit right into the TCM brand.
I agree with both you and James. Most of the Stars that were interviewed have been in many TCM movies that have been shown. It is interesting to see what they look like so many years later and as well , hear them talk about some of the movies they have made.
Certainly, it was interesting to see Bette Davis. For anyone who did not find her interview interesting then you must not be a fan of hers !

I agree james, TCM did have the Right intention and that's what is important !
It was still interesting to see the Carson shows and certainly the actors from long ago.

It's unfortunate that you did not enjoy the Carson Show that TCM was kind enough to show.
I for one enjoyed it immensley. It would be impossible, time wise to show Carnac, animal acts, etc. The whole idea behind having these Carson Showings is to see stars from the past being interviewed, such as Bette Davis, whose movies are shown on TCM quite frequently.
No other show on TV has re-run interviews of stars from the past, therefore we are fortunate that TCM has gone through trouble of presenting them.
