I felt there was a 'contradiction', on the one hand I am being criticised for the rosebud joke (which was not even my original post to begin with , only a reply, I DID point that out to him)..and on the other hand he went on to state the above comment which I felt was somewhat hypocritical on his part. :|

If Spade had spent the night with Joel, my guess is the line-up at the movies would have been a lot longer !
The other stuff is pretty ho-hum by today's standards, like I mentioned before, I do not know what all the to-do is about . I was looking forward to reading the book but if they left out the more sexual passages, then maybe not, I'll stick to '50 Shades of Grey' instead !

I do not recall having seen her in much earlier films, however, it is hard to imagine her as ever having been sexy in any roles, can't seem to get that 'Visual'...

How old was Lauren Bacall when She starred opposite Bogard ? I believe she was quite young too, certainly a big age difference and as well, Obviously they had the 'chemistry', we know that.
