I recorded the movie which shows up better the Youtube. The scene where he walks in, 'right after the fight', and it appears a bit of a dark shadow, is that where the "cut" is ?

You mean at the start of the movie, where he is standing in front of large windows talking when Cotten walks up to Wilding and they both walk out of the bank ? It is when they both walk out of the bank that I see a definite 'break' in the movie.

...probably need a 'bullhorn' to wake you up...no wonder you miss so much of the movie and do not know 'which is which', that explains everything

It,s funny no one ever thought of fingerprints in the movie! I thought the same thing EXCEPT, Twins have the same fingerprints, so it would not have mattered. Twink

I don't think the wife neglected him at all. She was always concerned about him and asking how he was. She neglected him because she was always more concerned with what was going on with Her life and really did not make room for His. When he stood at the end of the bed looking sorrowfull while she went to sleep is a perfect example. She treated him more as he where one of the children rather then a Man ! Basically, they had a complete 'disconnect'! Twink
