  1. Can't vouch for the "Press the flesh" part, but the description sounds like "Dead End". Gangster Humphrey Bogart goes back to his old neighborhood and hangs out with the Dead End kids. First movie to feature the Bowery Boys, I believe. Good movie.
  2. It was a B&W talkie, my guess is from the 30's, and I saw it on TCM a few years ago. The main character was a low-level bank employee all excited about going to a "Banker's Day" celebration. I remember one scene where the bank boss tells his employees that he wants them to work the whole day and when he leaves the room everyone takes off. Very funny short - I *think* the main character wore glasses, but when I looked up the Harold LLoyd filmography I didn't see anything that looked like it. I'd appreciate any help.
