  8. I have Rogers and I've never had a blackout. Whatever movie they're unable to show just gets replaced with another movie. I'm really annoyed because last night I saw a movie on CH channel that TCM was unable to air in Canada during Stanwyck's month of films called The Other Love. If CH has the rights to show the film in Canada why doesn't TCM? CH has notoriously bad prints and the film was barely watchable.
