More than six months ago, I watched a silent film on TCM that was restored by some college. It dealt with a young man that was helping his father or grandfather keep his small horse drawn trolley business from ending up in a large and evil competitor's hands. The movie was full of special effects and the sidekick was a dog that found the young man while at a fair. I think the name was "Snappy Saves The Day," or similar. Any help would be great. Thanks!
