i need help find a movie that is older, possibly 80s. it a bunch of older ppl who had 'powers'.
one of them was looking for the rest. one had super strength, a black guy i think. they had victorian type outfits but not set in our realality.there may have also been a guy that could blow wind and another that could shoot far distances. the strong guy was hard of hearing too i think.
i have been looking for the name for many years and any help would be appriciated.
