Need help with a movie name. Black and white film. Not sure of year. A wealthy grandfather dies and leaves fortune to his little granddaughter. The rest of family trying to kill her so they can get her fortune. Grandfather comes back as ghost and watches over her and protects her from murder attempts on her life. Protects her until a loving aunt comes to claim her and take her the child to live with her. Any help on the name would be appreciated. Thanks
