Thanks! That is the film for sure....and a great one at that. Not sure why I didn't make the connection with Glenn Ford....and Lee Remick....and Ross Martin too who was brilliant. Thank you for the title.

Seen this film once on TCM....about a killer who stalks a woman by making phone calls to her where it appears that he has asthma and is watching every move she makes. The killer is not seen but makes phone calls. A black and white film it is. I want to say Telly Savalas is in it playing a detective I think, but I could be wrong. Somewhere in the film as he kills a street walker in his home, there are guys who I cannot remember who, go to his home and see all these female mannequins and female mannequin arms and legs throughout his home hanging around, where the killer is shown standing still, as to blend in without moving, amoungst the mannequins and is not seen. The killer in the film has black hair and olive skin and I forgot his name! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
