Walmart Initially Refuses To Refund Woman After Selling Her A Fake iPad
Watch Warm Bodies Online If/Then will do its pre-Broadway tryout in Washington, D.C. this Fall (November) and then head to New York next Spring (2014). Here's a video of Menzel performing "Defying Gravity" for Wicked with her co-star Kristin Chenoweth. Earlier this week, Arnold Schwarzenegger was spotted enjoying a cozy dinner with a mystery woman at Babalu restaurant in Santa Monica. Almost immediately, the hunt to figure out her true identity and her relationship with the former governor began. The specifics of what’s going on between the two still hasn’t been discerned, but as for her identity, that’s now public knowledge. According to The New York Daily News, the mystery woman is thirty-eight-year-old physical therapist Heather Milligan. She apparently owns her own successful practice in which she works on quite a few football players. If Twitter is any indication, she’s apparently known Schwarzenegger since at least this past summer, but after her identity was discovered, she reportedly went through and scrubbed her social media of any communications with the movie star.
Watch Side Effects Online Arnold and his wife Maria Shriver have been estranged since the politician admitted he fathered a love child with the family maid and kept the secret from her for years. In recent months, he’s been very vocal about his desire to win her back, but given he was spotted with Milligan both at the restaurant and the next day in Brentwood, he may have switched courses and decided to move on. Neither Arnold nor Heather has spoken publically about this alleged relationship, but if they’re seen together again or they decide to clarify exactly what’s going on, we’ll let you know exactly what the story is. Until then, feel free to speculate wildly. Everyone else certainly it. Earlier this week, University of Colorado tight end/ NFL prospect Nick Kasa admitted during an interview that at least one team asked him if he likes girls at the combine. He didn’t seem to consider the incident a big deal, but asking about a potential employee’s sexual orientation is actually a violation of federal law and a violation of the NFL’s collective bargaining agreement with the players.
Watch Die Hard 5 Online Within hours, the league put out a statement saying an investigation was launched, which is a good thing because two separate players have since come forward and backed up his story. According to ESPN, both Denard Robinson and Le’veon Bell have since come forward and told various outlets they were also asked about their own sexual orientations during interviews. In response, the league has announced it will interview everyone involved to try and figure out exactly which team or teams engaged in the behavior, and assumedly, the guilty parties will be penalized severely. It’s highly unlikely that any NFL general managers are so homophobic they wouldn’t be willing to draft a homosexual player. What I think is more likely is that these teams are asking about everything they can imagine, trying to gauge whether a person is a partier, whether they’ve settled down, whether they’ll be reliable and whether they have good support systems. Even so, however, there’s now way NFL executives won’t take this seriously. We’ll let you know what their investigation discors.
Watch Identity Thief Online Just because we know you were looking for a reason to be angry with Walmart today, we bring you this story straight out of Massachusetts involving a Brockton resident and very disgruntled iPad purchaser. Suzann Nassie recently went to the outlet to purchase one of Apple’s handy iPad devices only to find it had been replaced in the box with a fake piece of plastic meant to look like the real deal. That’s more than an annoying inconvenience for a technology device that costs $499 to purchase, but an inconvenience the consumer would normally expect to be rectified in the store. However, when Nassie took the item back to the store and complained, the Walmart store refused to refund her for the item. According to WCVB , the lady returned to the store only 20 minutes after having purchased the item and showed up with a receipt. You would think the story would end there, but of course, it didn’t.
Watch A Haunted House Online Despite being a fake product which lacked a charger and a cord, the Walmart manager refused to refund the woman’s purchase, stating she should “try to contact Apple” after realizing the woman had unwrapped the product. It sucks that the outlet was somehow duped, but the store should have a clear return policy for something like this that shouldn’t involve screwing over a customer. Nassie eventually contacted the local news, and someone from the outlet shot a phone call to the Walmart store which led to the store eventually caving on its initial response. Walmart’s never been known for its customer service, but this story is more than a little ridiculous, and you have to wonder how the outlet ended up with a sheet of plastic instead of an iPad in the first place.
Directed by Michael Grief and written by Next to Normal's Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey, the musical follows Menzel's character Elizabeth, a woman approaching 40 who moves to New York City for a fresh start and. "But even in her carefully planned new life, the smallest decision or most random occurrence will impact her world in ways she never dreamt possible." Just Jared describes the play as "a romantic and original new musical about how choice and chance collide and how we learn to love the fallout." The description alone sounds intriguing, but add Menzel's talent to the mix, and this is likely going to be a must-see for a lot of people, particularly her fans. In addition to Wicked, Menzel co-starred in the original Broadway production of Rent, along with her now-husband Taye Diggs. The two actors reprised their roles from Jonathan Larson's beloved 90s musical for the feature adaptation in 2005. That was one of numerous screen roles for Menzel, which followed her hugely successful run on Wicked in 2004. She's also recurred as Rachel Berry's biological mother Shelby on Glee, and played the role of Nancy in Enchanted. Though the Disney film included musical numbers, Menzel didn't sing in it. I'm still not sure how that happened, but it was great to see her in the movie regardless.

Christian Slater Thought His Fiancee Was A Lesbian When He Met Her
Watch Warm Bodies Online The X-Files on the long-running Fox series. With stories of aliens, conspiracies, and endless mysteries, the show had fans in its supernatural sway for nine seasons, and spawned two spin-off movies. But Duchovny isn't over The X-Files, and he hopes you aren't either. Talking with Jay Leno on The Tonight Show, Duchovny was ostensibly there to promote the sixth season of Californication. But THR reports when talk turned to The X-Files, the actor was quick to confess he's hoping for a third movie from this currently dormant franchise. He tells Leno: We always want to. Chris Carter [the show's creator] and Gillian Anderson and I, we're always on board. You want to write Fox and get 'em going…You could wheel me out. I'll be Fox Mulder forever. The studio audience was enthusiastic, hooting and applauding the possibility of a third X-Files movie. However, considering the last one, The X-Files: I Want to Believe, cost $30 million to produce and only netted $20 mil domestically, it seems doubtful Fox will be as willing to revive the franchise.
Watch Beautiful Creatures Online But hey, in the age of the internet it's easier than ever to show your devotion to just about anything. So, if you really want X-Files 3 to happen, take to Twitter, Tumblr, and Facebook. Contact Fox, and demand more Mulder and Scully. It's been more than a decade since Eminem's one and only starring role in 8 Mile, and you would be fair to assume his acting career had begun and ended right there. But the erstwhile Marshall Mathers was in the running for years to play the lead role in Antoine Fuqua's boxing drama Southpaw, which, like so many other projects, wound up languishing in development. Now the project has been picked up by the Weinstein Company, and though Eminem isn't technically out of the running, he may be on the verge of being replaced by some of the biggest starts out there. Talking to Shadow and Act, Fuqua said that he plans for Southpaw to be his next project, after the release of this spring's Olympus Has Fallen. He also said that Eminem is still part of the film-- presumably as a producer or consultant-- but may or may not play the lead thanks to scheduling projects.
Watch Snitch Online And to replace him, Fuqua is eyeing and starting conversations with pretty much a laundry list of every major up-and-coming actor out there:We’re talking to several other actors that I like a lot. I like Bradley Cooper, Jeremy Renner. I’ve spoken to Bradley about it; I’ve spoken to Jeremy about it. There are a handful of guys I’d be thrilled to work with. There’s Ryan Gosling. But that process has just begun. It's hard to know how serious any of these talks are, and the fact that Fuqua simply rattles these names off suggests that there are no actual talks happening-- this is more of a wish list than anything else. And it's also unclear how starry a cast Fuqua can actually muster. His Olympus Has Fallen, with Gerard Butler and Aaron Eckhart in the major roles, is clearly the second-tier version of this summer's White House Down, starring Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx. But if Fuqua is hoping to drop these names in order to drum up buzz and get the attention of even more A-listers… well, he's succeeded. Well played, sir.
Watch Jack The Giant Slayer Online With The Muppets in 2011, director James Bobin and star Jason Segel successfully resurrected the fuzzy, furry puppet characters for a new generation. Now with the sequel, The Muppets… Again!, Kermit and MIss Piggy and the gang are back to their former glory, embarking on a worldwide tour… and apparently running into all kinds of trouble in Europe. We don't know exactly what kind of trouble yet, except that it involves Tina Fey as a Russian prison guard and Ty Burrell as an Interpol agent. But the film's producer David Hoberman was at least nice to tease a few details to Crave Online about what we might expect from the sequel, admitting that while there are some caper elements there's a whole lot else going on too:
Watch Phantom Online “I would say the caper in this is an element of this, but I think there are so many surprises and different, fun stories going on in this one that I would say that is an element of it. The movie culminates in London but we go to Spain, we go to Germany, we go to a lot of different places. We just happen to end up in London. That’s where the caper culminates.” He also dashed any hopes you might have had about Jason Segel returning to make a cameo, even though his character Gary won't be part of the main action this time. "Down the road, maybe they’ll [Gary and the Muppet Walter] have a reunion of some kind. He’s not [in a cameo] this go round." But at least we can look forward to the return of songwriter Bret McKenzie, who won an Oscar for his work on the film last time and is back with 5 new songs:
Watch Stoker Online I think we’ve got a couple of spectacular musical numbers in this one and I think it runs the gamut of ballad and comedy songs. Probably one homage to contemporary rock." Everyone involved in this newly revived franchise seems committed to keeping to the old-school ideals of Muppet movies, and now that the gang is back on top, we can look forward to them no longer being underdogs but the superstars they've always been. The Muppets… Again! is set to come to theaters on March 21 next year. Are you as excited for this one as you were for the last Muppets movie? Too often, when a film features time travel, a ton of time is spent trying to explain the time traveling with displays of elaborate devices and long-winded speeches, instead of getting to the meat of the story in which the time travel is taking place. If the upcoming adaptation of Robert Heinlein’s short story “---All You Zombies---“ is anything like the source material, the story will be much too busy piling paradoxes to try and explain everything.
The second cast member to join the film, titled Predestination, will be Australian actress Sarah Snook, whom Deadline reports will play the film’s female lead opposite Ethan Hawke. Predestination will be written and directed by Michael and Peter Spierig, the brothers responsible for 2009’s promising but troublesome vampire drama Daybreakers, which also starred Hawke. Popular in Australia for her work on the TV show Spirited, Snook was recently seen opposite True Blood’s Ryan Kwanten in the procreation comedy Not Suitable for Children and will soon appear with Mark Webber and Joelle Carter in Kevin Greutert’s horror Ghosts, which was written by comedy actor/writer Robert Ben Garant. At one point she was also on the shortlist to play Lisbeth Salander in David Fincher's The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
Even a cursory description of Heinlein’s story would no doubt reveal too many spoilers, so it’s best just to use Predestination ‘s logline, which sounds like the first draft of Rian Johnson’s Looper. “A detective from a covert government agency travels back in time to seek out his younger self and catch the one criminal who has eluded him for his entire career.” Perhaps if this film makes as big of an impact on Hollywood as Looper did, the mostly untapped backlog of Heinlein stories could keep cinema weighed down with quality science fiction for years to come.Idina Menzel hasn't abandoned the stage completely since her Tony Award-winning performance as Elphaba in Wicked. The Broadway star has juggled theater work with her big and small screen roles, including reprising her character Elphaba in London when Wicked made its West End debut. But she hasn't starred in a Broadway play since leaving the cast of Wicked close to a decade ago. So it's especially exciting to hear word that the actor is returning to the Broadway stage for a new original musical called If/Then. Seems like a logical move. (Get it?)

2 More NFL Prospects Admit They Were Asked About Sexual Orientation
Watch Jack The Giant Slayer Online When some celebrity couples break-up, the reasons are pretty obvious. Either because of a drinking problem or a cheating scandal or some other big issue, it doesn’t take an expert to figure out what went wrong. With Jason Segel and Michelle Williams’ recent break-up, however, the reasons were far less clear to most observers. They seemed pretty stable and the picture of happiness whenever they were photographed together, but if new rumors are to be believed, there was one specific issue they couldn’t ever get over. According to People, Williams and her daughter Matilda are very much New Yorkers. That’s where they’ve chosen to make their home, and apart from random stretches now and again on film sets, the pair try to stay put there as much as possible. Segel, however, is a Los Angeles guy. He made every effort to be in New York as much as possible for his girlfriend and her daughter, but he never sold his house in Los Angeles and completely transitioned. That distance allegedly put a strain on the relationship and kept Williams for fully investing in Segel.
Watch Phantom Online Maybe at some point in the future, the stars will align and they’ll come back together, but for now, she would apparently rather walk alone than with someone who isn’t there all the time. If that rumor is to be believed, it’s an extremely practical reason to break-up, and it’s probably better they did it now than years down the line when there were more feelings invested on both sides. Here’s to hoping these two are eventually able to find happiness and stability, whether it’s with each other or different people. One of the trickier aspects of being an entertainment reporter is when you have to interview an actor/director/writer for a movie that is pretty terrible. Everyone has their own way of dealing with this professionally awkward situation. Many plaster on a smile and plow ahead as if The Last Airbender is on the level of Schindler's List. Some pepper their interview with questions that wink at the reader, recognizing the movie's apparent weak spots. And others veer the interview into totally off-the-rails terrain to provide something worthwhile.
Watch Stoker Online This last option is what Rotten Tomatoes' Grae Drake went with when she spoke with Ryan Gosling about Ruben Fleischer's critically panned Gangster Squad. And the results are absolutely sensational. Check it out below: "It's like looking at the sun. I can't stare directly at it."First off, in case you want a Ryan Gosling dish towel of your very own, here's the link to make that happen. Made by Dear Colleen, this 100% cotton tea towel is professionally screen printed with three faces of Ryan Gosling: Ryan the Hipster (breaking up fights, glasses wearin' Ryan), Classic Ryan (a la Drive), and Ryan The Charmer (the strange smiling one). It's like the towel itself reads: "What's better than Ryan Gosling? Three Ryan Goslings." Obviously.
Watch A Good Day To Die Hard Online Regarding the video, I'm totally on board with how quickly Drake goes from asking about stage combat (or screen combat) to traveling down the rabbit hole of discussing literal periphery distractions. But the ballsiest move is definitely that she brought that dishtowel to the interview. Sitting on it (both literally and figuratively) just in case the opportunity to unfurl it presented itself. Thank you Grae Drake, because this is clearly why the internet exists. For moments like this one. You had me at "I bought two!"With so many titles to choose from, Netflix Instant's library can be overwhelming. So we bring you this biweekly column as a tool to cut through the clutter by highlighting some now streaming titles that pair nicely with the latest theatrical releases.
Watch Identity Thief Online Looking to Stoker, Snitch, and The Last Exorcism Part II for inspiration, we've pulled together a selection of vengeance-fueled thrillers, crime dramas based on true tales, and devil-centered horror stories. Stoker Mia Wasikowska stars as India Stoker, a high schooler reeling from the abrupt death of her father. She finds some solace in meeting her long-lost uncle Charlie. But as the two grow closer, India discovers the sickening secrets of Charlie's past and uncovers dark desires of her own. Nicole Kidman and Matthew Goode co-star; Chan-wook Park directs.
WATCH SAFE HAVEN ONLINE Stoker marks Chan-wook Park's English-language debut. If you want to know why that has critics so excited, do yourself a favor and indulge in his deeply disturbing but totally thrilling Vengeance Trilogy. Each of these films from the South Korean director offers a crime tale so twisted they'll linger long, long after the final credits unfurl. A thematic trilogy over one that follows the same characters, you can watch them in any order you like. Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance (2002) In desperate need of money to pay for a life-saving operation for his beloved sister, recently fired factory worker Ryu and his anarchist girlfriend devise an unconventional fundraising plan. They decide to kidnap the young daughter of his old boss and hold her for ransom. But when their criminal fantasies become a reality, things unravel fast. Kang-ho Song, Ha-kyun Shin, and Doona Bae star; Chan-wook Park directs.
Oldboy (2003) The most popular of Park's films to date, this chilling thriller centers on a kidnap victim. After 15 years of being confined without explanation, he is just as mysteriously released. Fueled by revenge, he seeks to discover who was behind his torment, and finds help from an affable waitress. Min-sik Choi, Ji-tae Yu, and Hye-jeong Kang co-star; Chan-wook Park directs. Lady Vengeance (2005) My personal favorite of the Vengeance Trilogy, this thriller—also known as Sympathy for Lady Vengeance—follows the quest of a convicted child murderer as she seeks out the man who betrayed her. Finally freed from a long prison sentence, she searches for her long lost child, and of course a brutal revenge. Beautiful, bold, and at times hard to watch, Lady Vengeance is an exhilarating and horrifying exploration of vengeance and justice. Yeong-ae Lee, Min-sik Choi, and Shi-hoo Kim; Chan-wook Park directs.
Korean director Park Chan-wook has become an icon thanks to films like Oldboy, Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance and Thirst, but he's making a whole new leap with Stoker, his first film in the English language. Starring Mia Wasikowska as a young girl undergoing a very, very unusual coming of age, Stoker is lush and stylish and very, very weird-- exactly what many of us have come to expect from Park, really. But while Katey, David and Patches were thrilled with the results, we've brought in film critic extraordinaire Amy Nicholson, who wasn't a fan at all, to hash out the movie's pros and cons. We end with your answers to our lightning round question about movies released in February. These days David Duchovny is the star of the Golden Globe-winning Showtime series Californication. But for a heady time from 1993-2002, he was the face that launched countless crushes in the hearts of fangirls long before that was even a term. As the never-skeptical Fox Mulder, he and Gillian Anderson's always-skeptical Dana Scully made up the twosome of FBI agents who dedicatedly investigated.

Watch Warm Bodies Online Effects houses are unhappy with the current profit-sharing model that, they believe, cheats them out of proper compensation that goes into the creation of the industry’s highly-successful blockbusters. It is a legitimate concern, and one the studios need to address before it starts to affect the product that reaches our theaters. Watch Warm Bodies Online More on the story as it continues to devel. The world of comics is vast and broad and welcoming to just about everyone, no matter how much the stereotype of The Simpsons "Comic Book Guy" clings to it. But every now and then Comic Book Guy and his nastier counterparts pop up, especially on the Internet, and especially on sites like this one where every single tidbit of information about an upcoming superhero movie is dissected as if it contains the code to the universe.
Download Warm Bodies Movie Yesterday we posted the first on-set images of Shailene Woodley as Mary Jane in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, currently in production in New York. Download Warm Bodies Movie Because they were pictures of an actress walking from place to place on the set, not in costume, the notable difference was seeing her hair tinted to Mary Jane's signature red. Honestly, the photos weren't that interesting. Until the comments started."Omg she looks horrible I hope they can do something with that face of hers." "Mary Jane is supposed to be hot." "Looks horrible as a redhead." The comments on our site weren't actually as bad as they were elsewhere on the Internet, and not half as bad as the so-called satire posted at Comic Book Movie, with instructions on how to make Woodley hot enough to play "every nerd's wet dream." The "satire" was so close to the real thing that most of their commenters didn't get the difference, and reading it makes your skin crawl because you just know that's exactly how a strong handful of fanboys feel, no irony intended.
Australian actor Jason Clarke has been working in film and television since the mid-'90s, but broke onto the American movie scene in a major way with the one-two punch of Lawless and Zero Dark Thirty. When I saw the former film, I marveled at his growling bravado and thought, 'Where did this guy come from?' With the latter, I knew Clarke's career in Hollywood was just beginning to gear up. It's been just days since word came that Clarke will star in the Rise of the Planet of the Apes sequel, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, but already this compelling performer is dropping details on another of his upcoming projects. Speaking with MTV on the Academy Awards' red carpet, Clarke revealed he'll be a part of the cast of Syriana writer-director Stephen Gaghan's Candy Store. Check out the video for his attempt to reveal as much as he's allowed about the curious crime drama.
Get More: Movie Trailers, Movies Blog. Though he shied away from giving any details on the plot, we know from previous reports that the story follows a deep-cover operative who's forced to work as a beat cop in Brooklyn after his life essentially implodes. But he has a chance for redemption when he realizes the organization he once infiltrated is infesting his new neighborhood. Last summer Brad Pitt and Denzel Washington were reportedly in talks to star, while Christoph Waltz was up for a character called Black Zenga. By November, Washington's name had dropped from casting updates, and Chris Hemsworth's had been added. However, as Clarke hasn't commented further on casting, we don't currently know who is slated to star in the film, aside from him. In the meantime, look for Clarke this summer in Baz Luhrmann's lavish adaptation of The Great Gatsby, playing jilted husband George Wilson.
There is no real reason to mesh HBO's Girls and Kathryn Bigelow's Zero Dark Thirty… or at least, I didn't think there was until I saw this video. Comedian Chelsea Davison has a pitch-perfect impression of Girls star Lena Dunham in her back pocket, and instead of using it to comment on the show itself-- there's more than enough of that going around the Internet as it is-- she uses it to record Dunham's so-called audition tape for the Jessica Chastain role in Zero Dark Thirty. It's kind of amazing. Take a look below.
Of course, this is more of an impression of Dunham's self-absorbed Girls character Hannah, but given how willfully Dunham blurs the line between the two it seems fair game. And in fact, Dunham is a fan of the video as well, having tweeted this last night: Given how much criticism Girls has endured since it began airing on HBO, this video is probably the gentlest form of parody Dunham has encountered. And while the magic in this is mostly Davison's spot-on impression, there's something exceedingly brilliant about her pairing Dunham with Zero Dark Thirty-- two very polarizing stories about women, directed by women, that people can't seem to stop talking about. The joke, of course, is that Dunham is the exact opposite of Chastain's hard-nosed Maya, and would basically be the last person you'd want interrogating Al-Qaeda members. But to see two of the most fascinating women to be on our screens in the last few months is not only fascinating, but weirdly subversive somehow. I can't put my finger on it… but I will probably be watching this video many times. Mostly because it just makes me laugh.
