What does TCM and D-Day have in common? Well, according to the schedule absolutely nothing. Just like their Memorial Day schedule. Weak and only slightly related. What happened to The Longest Day, Tora, Tora, Tora, Midway, Anzio, Patton, Sahara, and every other wartime movies goer's delight? Instead we get a miserable serving of James Garner's somewhat related, battle-less attempts at U.S. cleverness. It's a time for patriotism, not second-rate war movies that remind us of practically nothing of our countries success in battle and it's heroes. Disappointing. Very disappointing.
