Anyone else cringe when Matthew Broderick comes on to do "Screwball Comedies"? I love the films he features, but his presence is so stiff. He looks terribly awkward and rigid. I can hardly watch him. Hope he is not a return host.

Just curious how everyone feels about featuring an actor or actress for a full day? For me, it can be frustrating, if I don't care for that particular actor. Which means a full day of not watching TCM! I go through withdrawals when I don't have TCM to watch. I think it would be better to either feature the actor for part of the day, or fit them in between other movies. I guess I like more variety. I understand why it's done, just not my preference.
What do you think?

When is TCM going to get back to the classics and stop showing movies from the 2000 decade? When the stars are younger than you are today, I wonder how they can justify calling them a classic?
And lots of repetition of movies as well. Okay, I'm done complaining... it's just not as good as it use to be. Must be a new producer/programmer??
