Watched this movie for the first time on TCM a while back and noticed what I think is a mistake or at least something that left me wondering. In the scene where George Raft approaches the outside door to the photographer's studio, just to his right, out of the dark a woman also approaches the door. But, the woman, whoever she is, has no further part in the following scenes, she is apparently left standing outside in the dark, unnoticed by Raft or anyone else. Or, am I missing something?
