[Happy Homes/Holmes?]

It's been a long time since I've seen this film on TCM. I don't remember the name, and would love any help!

 

It's a romantic comedy. The main actor I believe suffers a blow to the head and cannot remember who he is. He takes on the alias of "Happy Homes/or Holmes" from a billboard sign he sees along the side of the road. I think he might also end up married to two different women.

 

Does this sound familiar at all to anyone?
