Pushin' Too Hard--The Seeds

Just finished The Crowded Day, a 1954 British drama peppered with comic moments. The film contains several story lines about one busy day in the lives of clerks (shopgirls...) in a large department store. Although I recognized a few of the actors (some from the Carry On franchise) the lack of 'stars' makes sense for this ensemble cast, and the performances were quite good. It's a bit of a soap opera with a generous dose of light moments sprinkled in. Pretty entertaining, it evidently was later retitled Shop Spoiled (have no idea why..it doesn't fit)
