Paul Muni and Marguerite Chapman appeared in a WW2 movie entitled " Counter-Attack " . Most , if not all of the action , took place in the cellar of a bombed out building . However , it's been so long since I've seen it , I can't really remember if the light of the moon played any part in the film's sub-plot . The focus of the action was centered on Muni trying to force several Nazi captives to divulge information while holding them at gunpoint in the basement rubble of this destroyed building .

You have two choices .... Tall , Dark and Handsome with Cesar Romero or the remake , Love That Brute with Paul Douglas . I think Romero also appeared in the remake , but had a different part .
