he spares them liberal democrat lawyerspeak.

I just think all the hysterics from the left about trump is a wasted exercise in futility since he likely will be reelected.
just keep in mind what angel eyes said in the good, the bad and the ugly...
"men with nooses around their necks don't always hang."

Gervais nails everybody -- including the current occupant of The White House -- so what's the big deal?
His comments didn't stop Patricia Arquette, Michelle Williams and Joaquin Phoenix from expressing themselves as they always do.

he's a liberal but these bleeping celebrities think they are above anybody's criticisms.

TCM should step up to the plate and work with Comcast to bring the channel back to the viewers who keep them in business.
I am surprised more people don't place just as much blame on TCM as Comcast for allowing this to happen.
I used to watch TCM all the time but will not pay a cent more to view it, nor will I jump through hoops to find
alternative ways to get TCM. If people would stop paying Comcast more, or drop their service altogether
and also stop viewing TCM completely....then maybe a message will be sent to these big corporations that people
aren't going to accept this anymore. I hope the 2 companies can work together at some point and bring this
channel back to the viewers. Please show that you care about your viewers.
oh, they'll sure do that.

'The Big Country' was President Dwight D. 'Ike' Eisenhower's favorite movie of all time. He saw it at least four times straight in a row. "Simply the best movie ever made," said the man who conquered the Hun and saved the world.
I think McKay gave up too soon on caroll baker, after all, he did propose to her back east.

no one can cut a groove into cave rock with a ray weapon like Barbara Rush. she really belches out a scream in the car too.

she also appeared in my favorite mummy movie The Mummy's Shroud.

I watched the 1929 one with Richard Dix last nite and lost all interest in watching the other versions. in the 1947 version Philip terry seems to be doing a bad comedic impression of fred MacMurray.

then han solo did poke princess leia?
and that's what they got from it?

no wonder ford wanted to get knocked off.

Forgot to answer this earlier posed question of yours, slayton...
Yeah, I'd still call it a heist movie, and even though the manner and machinations of the "heist" are definitely more overt than they are covert.
(...and what is being "heisted" is a large cache of money by means of extorsion and ransom)
and Hector Elizondo pinches a hot tie too.

Fred MacMurray

I was watching a fred macmurray western late last nite on free on demand "Day of the Bad Man" with three very respectable baddies, Robert Middleton, Skip Homeier and lee van cleef.
I read that fred macmurray didn't feel riding horses was his thing but his western performances are all first-rate. he deserves more recognition for his western persona which I find more effective than anything audie murphy ever starred in or for that matter randolph scott.
fred macmurray would always play these guys who were humble and quiet but when justifiably roused became dauntless principaled men of action. macmurray deserves more acknowledgement for his western hero performances. his western persona is top notch.
sweet joan weldon comes to her senses at the end and realizes she was wrong to hurt fred.
fred plays circuit judge jim scott.
