  1. very underrated flick. kept passing on it than finally out of curiosity of it being shown so much watched it.

very good with an understated performance by don megowan as the sheriff.

when the werewolf puts the bite on those two doctors who wanna kill him to silence him the sound effects are pretty good when he mauls their necks.

the second doctor really sounded like he died hard.

    :D

good! serves the two of um right victimizing a family man and an MD to boot. only decent thing on tonite if you ask me.

Decades has a marathon of Bob to celebrate bob Newhart's 90th birthday but I could give a rat's t er d about bob newhart

I recently bought a copy of Daughters of Darkness, as well as Vampyres (1974). One should be self-reliant when it comes to lesbian-themed vampire flicks of the 1970's.

I haven't seen Vampire Lesbian Kickboxers. Is it as good as Lesbian Vampire Killers (2009), or as bad as Lust for Dracula (2004)?

those films to me are jokes as the horror sci-fi genres deserve respect and to be taken seriously just like crime film noir.

Fredric March played two completely different characters differentiated not only by basic temperament but also set almost two millenniums of time between, and both being named "Marcus".

The first in 1932's Sign of the Cross as Marcus Superbus the sympathetic Prefect of first century A.D. Rome, and the second time as Marcus Hubbard the very UNsympathetic SOB of a husband, father and businessman in 19th century America in 1948's Another Part of the Forest.

(...yep, good ol' Fredric could sure stretch as an actor alright, and one of the reasons he's always been near the top of my list of favorite actors)

I never get over the scene in sign of the cross with an amazon gladiatrix who has a dwarf impaled on her sword.

or a woman tied to a post to be ravished by a gorilla.

    :D
